How much does a website support plan cost?
The cost depends on the duration of the plan and your website itself. I do not offer this service for websites I did not build. All website proposals will come with an estimate for a recommended support plan.
How does nightly backup work?
Nightly backups of your website files and database are automated with 30 days of backups saved.
What software gets updated?
My websites are generally built with WordPress, as part of my support services I'll ensure necessary core updates are done, and the right plugins are kept up-to-date to stay ahead of security threats.
What are training screencasts?
With a support plan, I provide training screencasts privately hosted on YouTube that you can refer to when it's time to login and update your website's content. These come in very handy for those who do not update very often.
How does hosting and email support work?
I provide assistance with hosting support plans. I work directly with hosting companies acting as your liaison helping to resolve any hosting outages or issues that may come up. For email, typically I suggest my client get set up with Google For Business as the email is very robust and secure. I can offer assistance setting up Google and pointing your domain.

Nope, I've worked with clients all across the US and am happy to discuss your project regardless of where your company resides.
