My

Website Design

I’ve been designing websites since the web was born. I built websites in the days of Flash and websites that pre-date mobile devices and social media. There is no doubt the web has changed our lives, it’s changed how we shop, how we get news, how we keep-in-touch with friends & family, and how & where we do business. As the web matures, we need to evolve with it to stay relevant. This where I come in, I help small & mid-sized businesses leverage this fast-paced digital space by helping businesses become memorable with meaningful design, I help businesses get found using techniques to increase visibility in search engines, and I help businesses develop experiences that delight users on their terms whether it be from a desktop, tablet, or mobile device. FAQ

Do you use any Free / DIY website platforms, eg. Wix, Weebly?

No. I build all my clients websites from scratch. Building from scratch allows me to create a unique layout branded specifically for the client, there is nothing the client does not need and everything has a purpose. DIY platforms are cheap off-the-shelf solutions providing templates used by thousands of others, there is nothing unique to you. Those who choose DIY platforms pretty much always run into a roadblock that can set a business back forcing a restart. My services are one-on-one, I'm a professional consultant you can speak to, meet in person and someone to build a professional relationship with that could be your companies creative team/partner.

How much does a website cost?

Each website I build is hand-crafted, individually tailored to the needs of the client. It's due to this reason there is no set price, however as a ballpark, small business websites tend to fall in the $4k to $7k range, whereas a larger, more complex business websites may start around $8k and exceed $40k.

Yes! If you're looking to sell physical, or digital goods online I can help you get up and running the right way. Will I have access to edit my own website?

The short answer is yes. I use WordPress as a CMS when developing my clients websites. With WordPress, I can customize the admin to give your team editable areas of your choice such as photo galleries, portfolios, content pages, service menus, and much more. I also provide training materials to guide you post-launch.

Once my website is complete, what happens next?

Upon the approval of your website, a few things will happen in order to launch. For all website clients I suggest an ongoing support plan which includes nightly backup, monthly software updates, access to training, SSL certificates, and hosting. I can also assist setting your domain name to be used with an email service if desired.

Who creates the content for my website?

This is an excellent question. The content of your website may consist of text, high-level messaging, video, and photography. I can help you understand the type of content needed, then it's up to you if you'd like to hire an outside vendor such as a writer to produce the content needed. If you don't have time or the resources, I can manage this facet of your project for you to ensure all content is of the highest caliber and on-brand.

Can my website be expanded at a later date?

Absolutely! In contrast to print, websites can evolve as often as you want. I'm only an email away if you need something new I'll be here to support your business as your needs change and as you grow.

Nope, I've worked with clients all across the US and am happy to discuss your project regardless of where your company resides.
